Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Downloadable software or digital products
Some health & personal care items
Returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a 14 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, please check with your bank or card provider as posting times may vary.
Partial Refunds may apply for items not in original condition, damaged (not due to our error), or missing parts.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer service.
Once shipped, the order can only be processed as a return.
